Firms run engagements on the platform under written terms, agreed once per service line and applied consistently to every file. Terms are set out in writing before the first file begins.

The portal

Portal access is included with every engagement, for every client and every firm we work with. Document delivery, electronic signing, the activity record, and the closing binder carry no separate software fee.
